Published by Piper Publications (A0.811722).The second of six 'SONATES EN TRIO Pour trois Flûtes Trasversieres sans Basse' Opus 7 published in Paris by Boivin in 1725 'Avec Privilege du Roy. 1725'. The original publication was printed in soprano clef (with g on the bottom line), a common practice in France at the time. The score & parts of this edition are all in treble clef and the notation has also been modernised e.g. tr substituted for + to indicate a trill. Players of intermediate standard and above will enjoy this sonata's equal independent parts.
