Composed by Jonathan Larson. Arranged by Christopher Alexander. 20th Century,A Cappella,Broadway,Film/TV,Musical/Show. 16 pages. Christopher Alexander #983707. Published by Christopher Alexander (A0.1400510).

Jonathan Larson, musical theatre composer and lyricist primarily known for writing the worldwide phenomenon musical Rent, also wrote a one-man show Tick, Tick…Boom!  This a cappella song was cut from the original off-Broadway production but found its way back when the musical was made into a Netflix movie directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.  The playfulness of the lyrics is accompanied by an ostinato handclap.  Each voice part gets an opportunity with the melody, and intertaction between members of the choir is highly encouraged.  Have fun with this arrangement!

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
