Count Basie recorded this tune several times over several decades. This version has been transcribed from Giants of Jazz - CD 53043 - Atomic Baise 1960. The chart features Tenor, Piano, Trumpet and Clarinet (Alto 2) and all of the solos are written out "as-played" though, aside from the Trumpet solo, your players can improvise their own from the chords if preferred. Provided is an extra Alto 2 part that avoids the Clarinet double. This is a lovely late-night chart which can be used in both gig and concert settings.
