"Bella Ciao" is a traditional Italian song known all over the world.
It was the main song of resistance during the second world war, adopted and sung by the Italian Partizans fighting against the Nazi-Fascist forces. It became widely diffused after the war and now, in these last years, or right now somewhere in the world, it is still sung by oppressed people that are fighting for freedom.

I tried to keep intact the beautiful melody, working on harmony and counterpoint with the aim of enriching it, going from simple to complex, introducing different chord progressions at every chorus.
