Here are six short and easy(-ish) Baroque guitar pieces transcribed for ukulele. Only pieces which sit comfortably on the ukulele have been chosen, so few changes were necessary. They work equally well on any size of ukulele as long as it has a re-entrant tuning pattern - something it shares with the Baroque guitar. The pieces are: 1. Spagnoleta, Carlo Calvi, 2. Folies, Francisco Corbetta, 3. Canarios, Lucas Ruiz de Ribayaz, 4. Zarabanda, Gaspar Sanz, 5. Minuet, Ludovico Roncalli, 6. Menuet, Robert de Visee. The audio sample is Canarios, by Lucas Ruiz de Ribayaz. This will be appreciated by players who love the Gaspar Sanz version, but find it too difficult!
