A festive introduction leads to the main part of this march, most notable for its exciting dynamic contrast and strings of ornate and technically interesting semiquaver passages. The trio creates a change of pace, introducing a beautiful, song-like melody which, over the course of several powerful interludes, undergoes a fascinating transformation that leads back to the march. Bandissima’s technical prowess and well-defined structure make it an exciting contemporary concert march.

Bandissima begint met een plechtige inleiding. Tot het triodeel kenmerkt deze mars zich daarna vooral door dynamische en afwisselende passages. Vanaf het triodeel verschijnt dan een mooi, melodieus thema: in eerste instantiein het chalumeauregister om dan - na een krachtig intermezzo - in een grandioze metamorfose terug te keren. Bandissima is uitstekend geschikt om als echte concertmars op uw programma te zetten. En dat niet alleen vanwegezijn veeleisende technische structuur…

Nach einer feierlichen Einleitung zeichnet sich dieser Marsch bis zum Trio-Teil vor allem durch dynamisch abwechslungsreiche Abschnitte und kunstvolles Sechzehntelspiel aus. Ab dem Trio-Teil tritt dann ein schönes, gesangliches Thema auf: anfänglich im Chalumeau-Register, um dann - über ein kraftvolles Zwischenspiel - in einer grandiosen Metamorphose zurückkehren. Nicht zuletzt durch seine anspruchsvolle technische Struktur ist Bandissima ausgezeichnet geeignet, um als echter Konzertmarsch programmiert zu werden.

Cette marche festive et solennelle développe une série de passages contrastants, dynamiques et virtuoses. Le trio est particulièrement chantant. Une ligne mélodique fluide monte du registre chalumeau et chemine vers un passage intermédiaire puissant et solidement structuré, pour revenir de manière spectaculaire. Bandissima est une excellente marche de concert.

Questa marcia si caratterizza, dopo un’introduzione festiva e fino alla parte riservata al trio, soprattutto per i suoi passaggi contrastanti. Alla parte del trio fa seguito un bel tema cantabile: all’inizio nel registro del chalumeau per poi, attraverso un potente passaggio intermedio, tornare in maniera spettacolare. Non da ultimo, per la sua struttura tecnica esigente ed elaborata, Bandissima si presta alla perfezione come marcia da concerto.
