This uplifting instrumental duet arrangement of Rich Mullins popular praise chorus "Awesome God"
can be performed by any combination of C instruments with piano accompaniment. The audio sample has a flute playing PART 1 and a violin playing PART 2. Each part carries the melody at times making this piece equally fun for all players while adding interest for the listeners.
The range for PART 1 is A4 to B5. For PART 2, the range is B3 to B4 when played by a violin. The score also shows alternate notes more suited for flutes with a range of D4 to B4. For the violin, all notes in both parts can be played in first position making this arrangement an excellent choice for beginning students.
