Angels for wind ensemble and solo alto sax is a 12-minute, lush and atmospheric work featuring the sax section as an "angelic consort" seated around the soloist. Exciting drumming and cadenzas for the soloist in addition to memorable melodic writing make this an exciting vehicle for both the soloist and the ensemble. Composed in 1988, revised 2022. Commissioned jointly by Catholic University and Franklin and Marshall College for Lynn Klock, saxophonist.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
