I composed this piece with the intermediate string orchestra in mind. It is scored in two sections; section one is rather slow and in the key of E minor. Section two is medium fast and in the key of G major. I voiced all of the instruments in 1st position only for ease of playing. Please observe all of the articulations and the grand pause at measures 53 and 56. I hope you and your students enjoy rehearsing and performing my composition. Thank you!
