A roarin' shuffle that is actually easier to play than it sounds! This is a 16-bar blues in Bb that can be opened up for many soloists. Lead trumpet plays up to a written A. This is a great chart for a good middle school band, or just a good piece for any ensemble that will come together with little rehearsal. "Always Bacon & Eggs" is a real crowd pleaser. Although I originally wrote this for a middle school jazz band, I play "Always Bacon & Eggs" with my professional band.
