Off beat melody entrances preceded by LH playing on beat to maintain sense of pulse.

LH is mostly Em, C, & Bb positions with movement via finger substitution on repeated notes. Well-known riff requires 3 finger to hop from G to G#. RH is mostly Em, F, Am with movement via finger substation on repeated notes.
