This piece is a happy sounding Allegro of medium difficulty, but requires close ensemble attentiveness to melodies that are shared by all instruments of the ensemble. Composed for flute, oboe, clarinet in Bb, Horn in F, bassoon. It is a delightful, light-sounding piece with 14 episodic variations on several themes. .
