It is something that is often hard to be aware of within ourselves because of its subtle nature. I also learned that it's a lot easier to recognize it when one has gotten rid of it. It's surprising and alarming when we can see just how agitated we were after we find a way to de-stress ourselves. This work for solo Bassoon and Piano aims to represent the growing tension within ourselves that if left unchecked, can lead us to all kinds of negative consequences in life. Grade 4. Duration: about 2 minutes.
