A tribute to Bill Brown (my father-in-law, studio musician in Chicago, NBC staff musican during the '50's, a great trombone player and arranger. He taught me what music was really about!). A trombone feature beginning in a beautiful 3/4 ballad that shifts into a 6/8 Afro-Curban groove to let the soloist open up. Goes back to original theme to finish out.
