SKU: LX.30-1282H

Arranged by Linda Forrest. General Music. 63 pages. Heritage Music Press - Digital #e30/1282H. Published by Heritage Music Press - Digital (LX.30-1282H).

The settling of America and the movement westward generated many songs from many different cultures that have become classics -- songs about love, work, religion, pride, and songs created simply for fun and enjoyment. This collection includes arrangements of eight songs that helped weave this great American musical tapestry. A variety of styles are employed, with the music ranging from easy to moderately challenging. By utilizing the narrative script that is also included, this work could become a special program or presentation. The format includes the full score for each song, along with separate Orff and vocal parts which maybe reproduced for classroom use.
