Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Yo Matsumoto. Baroque,Classical,Historic,Instructional,Traditional. Score. 7 pages. Yo Matsumoto #974010. Published by Yo Matsumoto (A0.1390481).

I tried to arrange J.S. Bach's masterpiece "Toccata and Fugue in D minor" for solo piano. This work has already been arranged for piano by Busoni, Cortot, Tausig, Reger, and many great predecessors. On top of that, I am trying to distance myself from excessive virtuosos and use my experience of playing old instruments to reproduce the majesty of organ playing and the religious spirituality of J.S. Bach to the maximum extent possible on the piano. It's a full-fledged work!
