"SONG OF TEA PLUCKING"  is a famous Taiwan Hakka's folk song. The tea farmers sing the song during plucking tea leaves in the mountain. The lyrics are easy and interesting. The melody is brisk and pleasant. It was arranged for string quartet by Diau-Hua Lim in 2002. The graceful thematic melody is led by the brisk introduction. Then the music offers a great variety through modulation. It is very popular everywhere.
