Composed by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Arranged by David A. Tronieri. Broadway,Musical/Show. 18 pages. David Tronieri #949039. Published by David Tronieri (A0.1364744).

This is an arrangement of the song Edelweiss. It is arranged for a 4 part Guitar Ensemble. It includes standard noation and tabulature. The key has been changed to G major to make it more "guitar friendly."

The difficulty level depends on the age group you are working with. I used it for my High School students Guitar Ensemble. The group consited of various age groups from Sophmore to Senior. All students in the group have had 2 prior semesters of Guitar 1 and 2 classes respectivley.

The song uses a harmonized melody, chords in root position and inversions and a single line Bass accompinment.

The MP3 file is a computer synthesized file, not a live recording. The sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. The charts sound great live!
