A simple, interval rich melody for the specialized trumpet solo or quartet in the Funky zone leads into Latin tags that introduce the rest of the band with accents that create tension for the transition sections. A short solo section sets up a continuation of the quartet restatement of the melody with all sections jumping in to play supportive roles. The primary solo section breaks down to an expanded quartet ensemble solo not designed for the faint of heart. The arrangement returns to the head with some twists and turns and wraps up in a building vamp to a sudden end!
