The chart opens with a piano solo for the first twelve (12) bars. The Trumpet Section takes the lead after the opening piano solo. The B section introduces the Saxophone and Trombone Sections supporting the Trumpets' lead with backgrounds. The C section brings a killer Saxophone soli before the solo section.
The D section is an open solo section for the Saxophone section and can be repeated multiple times. The E and F sections bring in a (E) Trumpet soli and Trombone soli (F) as backgrounds while the Saxophonists are trading 8s until the last four measures of the F section, and they all will play the changes.
The G section is a tutti for the ensemble as the rhythm section continues to play the changes with the last measures of the drummer setting up the conclusion to end the piece.
