Ecco la Primavera (Here Is Spring) was composed by Francesco Landini an Italian composer, poet, organist, singer and instrument maker who was a central figure in the Trecento style of music in late medieval music. This music was secular for dancing and singing. This arrangement is for an Easy Intermediate String Trio (two violins and cello). It can be easily adapted for medieval instruments, such as the lute, lire, and viol. Separate sheets are provided for the instruments in addition to the score.  An arrangement of this piece by McIntire for piano is also available at this website.
