THIS OLE HOUSE is a real crowd please and has a catchy swinging-jive feel.  Each section plays this very well-known melody - followed by an adlib guitar and trombone solo - though this section can be opened up for several soloists.  This is followed by a punchy brass section.  Then a piano solo followed by the melody played in different keys as the piece comes to a huge finish.  This has always been popular with the audience of dancers who flock to the dance floor whenever my big band plays it. A must for any library.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
