I originally made the song a couple years ago for a short story me and my friend made and gave up as I didn't know much music theory then. Earlier this month I found the old score and decided to finish it. Since I knew music theory when I rewrote it, it started to sound very pleasing. I rewrote it for my band and we are working on playing it as a whole. I hope whoever is buying whether a teacher or curious student, has a great time playing, listening, and reading this piece of music. I hope you enjoy!Measure 42 - 45: (opt.) Let the baritone saxophone take over. By take over, I mean play louder and be the “main character.” Do this if the violoncello solo player needs a break.Measure 49: The quintuplet is written to provide a smoother transition from compound time to simple time.Extra notes: Feel free to add more auxiliary percussion. Lower notes on the french horn parts such as measure 91 - 92 can be taken an octave up if needed.
