Written for solo Baritone voice lead and three part mixed voices this rousing arrangement really tells the story of the New Zealand Whalers. The three part arrangement can be sung by any mix of voices and even though the 3rd part is written in bass clef could still be sung by a female singer and still sound strong. The Baritone solo could also be sung in a comfortable octave by a female soloist if required. The drama that can be created from the telling of this old whaling song makes for a compelling performance when sung with energy and enthusiasm. Full instrumental parts to accompany a choir are also available.
