Written in the style of the classic film noir crime dramas of the '40s and '50s, this incredibly hip original chart is an excellent and fresh addition to the jazz ensemble repertoire. A cool, swinging Hi-Hat that leads into a hip figure on Guitar, Bass, Piano, Bari Sax, optional Vibes, and harmon muted Trumpets sets up the atmosphere perfectly.
