Composed by Mendelssohn and Wesley. Arranged by Julia Rose-Spence. Christian,Christmas,Sacred. Score. 6 pages. Julia Rose-Spence #6622889. Published by Julia Rose-Spence (A0.942237).

A beginner arrangement of 'Hark! the Herald' that doesn't require the pianist to move their hands at all throughout the piece!

As a teacher, composer and arranger, I'm aware that students are often unable to play the pieces they really want to because they move too much. For a beginner, this can be frustrating. So, I decided to arrange several Christmas carols with the goal of not requiring the player to move at all (in either hand) through the whole piece: the 5-finger collection was born. Hope you enjoy this arrangement.

As always, I'd love to hear from you. Please let me know how you found playing the piece. I always take comments on board to make more accessible arrangements in future. Find me at www.juliarosespence.com
