Commissioned by the Frederick (MD) Children's Chorus, Judy DuBose, Director, this piece was written to commemorate the Chorus' 20th anniversary. It includes solo and small-group sections that come together in a rousing, full-choir refrain. Its message is one of togetherness: "...and this choir is like a family, a place we all belong." This piece can be a great concert closer and works well for a large elementary school choir or a high school girls' ensemble.
