I used this as the postlude for our Easter services this year. Once you learn the manuals' part, the pedal isn't too hard to add in. I loved it - it is similar in style to Widor's Toccata for Symphony #5. It has the just the right amount of...

showmanship without being over-the-top or adding in too many elements like so many other Easter arrangements.

I can't wait to play it in church for Easter. I love playing it. It does have challenging parts but it is beautiful.

I was a little disappointed not to find a toccata on an easter hymn known in Germany. The fault is however on the side of the editor, who does not give a clear title. Nonetheless a nice piece of music. Thank you.
