Composed by Greg Bartholomew. 20th Century,Concert,Contemporary,Sacred. 30 pages. Burke & Bagley #871. Published by Burke & Bagley (A0.787289).

Composed for the Thornbury Clarinet Choir, THORNBURY RAMBLE is based on the Thornbury hymn tune by Basil Harwood (1859-1949). Thornbury is a superb hymn tune, and Thornbury Ramble contains very strong harmonies and heaps of melodic muscle. It was a big hit with the audience and all the members of the ensemble when it was premiered. Parts are provided for for Eb Clarinet, Bb Clarinets 1, 2, 3 & 4, Alto Clarinet in Bb and Bass Clarinet in Bb, with alternate Bb Clarinet part in lieu of Eb Clarinet, alternate Bb Clarinet in lieu of Eb Alto Clarinet, and alternate Contra Alto Clarinet in Eb in lieu of Bb Bass Clarinet.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
