Composed by J. S. Bach, adapted by Lee G. Barrow. Arranged by Lee G. Barrow. Baroque,Concert,Contemporary,Opera,Standards. Octavo. 62 pages. Bargraphica #1921685. Published by Bargraphica (A0.812033).

J. S. Bach's Coffee Cantata, updated and modernized, for soprano and mezzo-soprano soloists with optional tenor soloist and SATB chorus. Using the music of the great master, this version features a mother desperately trying to convince her daughter to give up her coffee craze. She tries everything--taking away her computer, never taking her shopping for clothes, and even restricting her from seeing her boyfriend, but nothing seems to work. Finally, Mother threatens not to buy her daughter the car she has promised. It appears that this will finally work, but in the end the daughter finds a way to get her car and a cappuccino maker as well. Piano part included; this version will also work with Bach's original orchestration.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
