In general I am disappointed with this book, it is much too "wordy" (especially with the sub text, which means one is reading two books at once). Secondly it is mainly aimed at piano players, I understand that horn players should be able to play keyboards, but not necessarily to...

the level required in this book. This also means that the examples need to be transposed to suit Bb & Eb instruments. I am not putting the book down completely as I have gained some information which is useful.
