  • March 08, 2008 Fantastic Selection Of Music

This Complete Ave Maria music book is exactly as the title states. It has the best selection of music for any solist, pianist, or organist. It offers both versions of Ave Maria in different keys (high, medium, or low) and with or without singers. I highly recommend this music book...

  • March 04, 2008 Totally complete is TRUE!!

This book is awesome! It not only has a low, medium and high key for the vocalist, it also comes in piano or organ accompaniment and also as a piano solo and organ solo. Contains BOTH the Schubert and the Bach/Gounod Ave Marias. Nice, easy to read font too...

. I teach private voice and trying to have each of these solos separately in different keys, for piano or for organ accompaniment was a hassle. This ONE book keeps it all in order in ONE place! Wish I had it years ago! It is an invaluable tool for voice teachers.

  • October 26, 2007 Bach and Schubert adapt. to Ave Maria

This book is very useful for church organists & keyboard accompanists working with amateur vocalists at weddings & funerals. Those who insist on singing "Ave Maria", but don't know which they sing, or what key they want, and show up with illegal photocopies. Whether the singer’s a Mezzo, a Baritone...

, or a Soprano and whether you’re playing piano or organ, the music’s here, in their key. Plus an organ and a piano solo. The music can be easily read from an organ music desk, but the book doesn't really stay open by itself up there. Includes details about how the Latin Ave Maria text was adapted to these two classical pieces, PLUS the original latin prayer and the current R. Catholic "Hail Mary" text are in the rear of the book. If we give the brides an English translation of the Latin text, will they let us suggest a different song?
