This is an arrangement for 8-part brass choir of the well-known chorus from the musical Rent.The parts are arranged as two four-part groups, one for the singers and the other, lower ensemble for the accompaniment.Instrumentation is 1st Trumpet/Cornet in Bb, 2nd. Trumpet/Cornet in Bb, Horn in F/Eb, Euphonium, 3rd. Trumpet/Cornet in Bb, Forn in F/Eb, Euphonium and Tuba/Eb Bass.There are three alternate versions of the score. This is a score with Trumpet/Horn parts transposed but with Euphoniums and Tuba in bass clef.It is also available with all the parts transposed and in treble clef (Brass Band instrumentation). A concert pitch score with euphonium and bass parts in bass clef is also available.Parts are provided as follows: Trumpet/Cornet 1; Trumpet/Cornet 2; Trumpet/Cornet 3; Horn 1 in F, Tenor Horn 1 in Eb; Horn 2 in F; Tenor Horn 2 in Eb, Euphonium 1 in Bb (Treble); Euphonium 1 in Bb (Bass); Euphonium 2 in Bb (Treble); Euphonium 2 in Bb (Bass), Tuba, Bass in Eb (Treble).A great little number for a light concert programme and easily playable by most standards of ensemble.
