Composed by Gioachino Rossini. Arranged by Darrell Goforth. Classical,Instructional,Standards. Score and parts. 40 pages. Darrell Harrison Goforth #2062115. Published by Darrell Harrison Goforth (A0.747397).A beautiful sunrise, a thrilling storm, a restful pastoral and "The Lone Ranger". What's not to like? It's the William Tell Overture of Giaocchino Rossini arranged (in D) for Woodwind Quintet. As always I have arranged this piece keeping the original sound as intact as possible. With this in mind, I have used the English horn throughout, giving a more sonorous quality to the entire work. The pastoral section would not be the same without it. This piece should delight performers and audience alike.
