A sad piece with a similar mood to Albinoni's Adagio, Barber's Adagio for strings, Ravel's Pavane for Dead Princess, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, Franck's Panis Angelicus, Mahler's Adagietto, etc.
Originally written for string quartet, this work has also been arranged for string orchestra by the composer (arrangement available on SMP as well).
