  • March 18, 2009 A Great Piece, however...

Let me start by saying that Okanagon is a great piece of music, and I really have no quarrel with it. But Salabert (the publisher) is another matter. All I got was a single manuscript score on A4 size paper (slightly larger than 8 1/2 X 11"), and no...

parts. It was completely unusable, and we wound up postponing the performance because we had no time to blow up the score, then cut and paste parts. Really, Salabert, would it have been that difficult to pay a copyist to extract parts, or at the very least to print it on a much larger format?
