Composed by Evelyn R. Larter. Arranged by Evelyn Larter Music. Christian,Sacred. Score and parts. 7 pages. Evelyn R Larter #3013981. Published by Evelyn R Larter (A0.749774).

This is an extended, fantasia like setting of the Passion Chorale for solo violin and organ. The chorale melody was used by Bach in his St Matthew Passion, and is also in many hymn books as O Sacred Head Sore Wounded. For advanced performers, it is suitable as Prelude music throughout Lent, perhaps especially at a Tenebrae service. It could also be programmed as part of a violin and organ recital. It is almost 7 minutes in length. More information on my music may be found on my website, www.evelynlartermusic.com, and on my Facebook page for Evelyn Larter Music.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
