Sing eleven spectacular selections from the Great American Songbook! Based on the 1833 Leonid meteor shower, Stars Fell on Alabama was written in 1934 by Frank Perkins and Mitchell Parish and was recorded by Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, and Doris Day, among others. Down With Love was composed by Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg in 1937 and was popularized by Judy Garland and Bobby Darin. Ghost of a Chance was written by Victor Young, Ned Washington and Bing Crosby and has been performed by Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme, and, more recently, Diana Krall. These and other terrific standards are presented here with lush, note-perfect backing tracks and removable guide vocals so your voice can shine through.

Each Pocket Songs PSCDG album contains a complete performance with a professional vocalist as well as the karaoke tracks of each song, for the at-home performer. CDG discs can be played on a regular CD player but require a CDG player to see the graphics.
