Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride is very well known, but this piece is not. I recently heard it on Classic FM and thought, "what a lovely piece of music" and made a note to buy a copy. It's beauty is in its simplicity and Leroy Anderson's gift of...

being able to write good melodies. I like his Belle of the Ball too!

Not too difficult and very melodic. 'Makes a good encore piece or just an audience pleaser; for entertaining those who are satisfied with something simple but beautiful. Leroy Anderson's Music has that certain pleasing quality.
