    This song is really great for 7-8th graders. The bass part really gets some love in this song and doesn't have mostly whole notes, which is great for a Bari Sax player like me. The other parts are great as well. It poses a nice challenge with some...

    of the rhythms and breaking out of the normally used notes. Has a very great trombone and tuba part in the middle. Very good song indeed.

    I was in 7th grade when my band played this. I think it is a WONDERFUL piece to play for a winter concert. If you like this piece, you should check out "Moscow, 1941" by Brian Balmages. It is 1o times better! (In my opinion at least!)
