Inspired to give the name 'Peace' which is something I hope everyone will one day see! 6/8 time Waltzing around A beautiful melodic piece for early intermediate Pianists to play and enjoy. It is in 3/4 time. The suite Dumyat – The first movement is inspired by the Dumyat, a hill just outside of Stirling city centre. The music features a Bagpipe like drone with a haunting melody played over the top. Stirling Bridge – The second movement is inspired by the bridge in Stirling. Composed in a minimalist way, the repetition represents the continuos flow of the river. Stirling Castle – The third movement is inspired form the commanding presence of the Castle on Stirling's skyline! The music features lots of repetition which represents two army's marching into battle. The 3 pieces are 16 pages in total.
