  • April 03, 2009 terrific for right hand development

These preludes are really more like etudes for right hand developement -- arpeggio technique. They are great for that purpose. I own quite a bit of classical guitar technique books such as The Guiliani 120 right hand studies, Kitharologus, sor studies, carcassi, Duncan's Guitar 2000 etc. and I feel that...

these are as good as or better than anything I've come across. You can do these Preludes with different fingering than that given by the editor, if you'd like to practice them that way too. Vey nice layout to the book too -- easy to read. Good for all levels of players -- near beginner through virtuoso.
