Duration 1 minute, 30 seconds.This piece was written especially for the Just Brass Junior Band of The Salvation Army, South Barwon for their first 2015 concert. This march "Knights of Joy" features three distinct sections utilising different instruments of the band. The parts were considered for a developing band whose range and reading ability had progressed beyond that of a beginner teaching method. The first cornet part uses divisi throughout, with the upper part requiring the range of an octave from C (concert Bb). The chart is written entirely in the key of concert Bb for easy reading but changes key in section B for the tuba soli.
