By Sarah McLachlan. By Randy Newman. Arranged by Ellen Harle. Contemporary. 6 pages. Fireworks Music #6494515. Published by Fireworks Music (A0.767849).

This heartfelt ballad from Toy Story 2 is arranged here for violin and piano. It has been transposed up to G major, to take full advantage of the instrument's range and timbre, and to utilise natural harmonics. The violin and viola parts are bowed and have suggested fingerings for early intermediate students. While it can be played in first position, it makes a musical study and excellent student choice for shifting practices, as it is ideal to demonstrate same-finger shifting from first to third positions, while being a relaxed tempo. Purchase includes piano score and both solo violin and solo viola part.
