Praise and Worship leader Michael Martine has set the poem to music, and Jennifer Durham has arranged it for SATB and classical guitar. The first verse is in hymn-style harmony, the 2nd verse utilizes the conversation between the "traveler" and the "watchman", and the 3rd verse calls for tenor to sing the melody while the other voices move in half-notes as a descant and basso continuo. The score includes a copy with chord symbols for the guitar and a copy without.
