Great for a Christmas or Holiday Concert for a percussion ensemble or as a percussion feature at any band concert. There are 5 mallet percussion parts that require orchestra bells, xylophone, vibraphone and a 4 octave or higher marimba – two marimba parts can be played in the same instrument. The marimba 2 part is written in bass clef and an optional treble clef version is also included. This arrangement begins with the drum set and auxiliary percussion setting a nice groove, and are also featured in the middle section. This song is ideal for middle school, junior high or even high school groups that want to perform a great holiday classic.
