Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Elin Korneliussen. Celtic,Concert,Folk,Standards,Wedding. Score and parts. 13 pages. Elin Korneliussen #3505161. Published by Elin Korneliussen (A0.774652).

Everyone likes a lively dance tune! This arrangement combines two jigs - one from Scotland and one from Ireland - to make a fun piece for young string players. A great piece for a recital or wedding or other festive occasion. The arrangement is provided with an optional piano part, which may be used by a teacher or conductor to facilitate learning the string parts, or to fill out a smaller ensemble in performance.

Level: Suitable for early intermediate players and up. Not technically very difficult parts (no positon playing required of the violin/viola players, for instance), but the piece sounds best when played at a lively tempo.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
