The anthem melody is performed by a soloist above chordal accompaniment in the upper strings. As the energy of the piece builds, the violin sections will join the soloist on the anthem melody. It is recommended that the primary melody be performed by an electric guitar; however, a solo violin part is provided should an electric guitarist not be available. Additionally, the string bass part may be performed on electric bass.
