A perfect ballad showcase for either alto sax or trumpet. While the rhythms and ranges are at the medium-easy level, the sophisticated melody line and harmonies are suitable for even the most advanced groups. Paul wrote this in memory of his mother, and the emotional impact it will have on your audiences will be something truly special. The rhythm section parts are completely written out, and there's no improvisation required for the soloist. It's simply beautiful.
