A high-energy, quick-paced jazz piece featuring a trio of trumpet, alto and tenor with optional solos on each part. A contrasting Brass Chorale section adds a great dimension to this piece and beautifully ties it all together. The piece begins with a non-rhythmic ostinato in the bass instruments over which is heard the beautiful chorale. This piece does not require excessive ranges in the brass. 5-4-4-4.
